Larry Flynt Finds Playboy’s New Nude-Free Policy ‘Ludicrous’

As Playboy magazine announced plans to eliminate nudity from their pages, Larry Flynt pronounced the move “ludicrous.”

Speaking to CNNMoney, Mr. Flynt said that he can’t imagine doing the same at HUSTLER Magazine, a mainstay of the industry. “I will do anything that makes sense business-wise because I’m a businessman,” he said. “But that makes no sense business-wise. That’s the one thing they buy the magazine for. It defies logic for me.”

When asked if he would still see Playboy as a competitor, Mr. Flynt made his thoughts loud and clear: “I don’t think they were ever a competitor. My only competitor is ‘Gynecological Monthly.'”
